Bauman’s Lamb is born and raised on our Kansas pastures – not imported from Australia or the Western USA. Our lambs only eat the starchy and sugary grasses that their stomaches were designed for; no feed rations. This results in Lamb meat that is sweet and clean, not oily. All processing is done in our own Bauman’s Butcher Block, ensuring quality cuts, and preserving your meat in vacuum-sealed packaging.
