This beef version of our Hawaiian Fire Burgers was a mistake that stayed. The butcher boys were supposed to be mixing the extremely popular Pork Hawaiian Fire Brat Burgers and they grabbed the dry aged beef instead! And we liked it so much it stayed. And we didn’t stop there…. let’s try it as a slider!!!!

Beef Burgers are packaged with four, 1/3 pound patties.
Each patty measures 4.5 inches wide and is .5 inch thick.
We make our burgers with a 90/10 mixture to ensure minimal shrinkage when cooking.
