All Bauman’s Authentic Burgers are handcrafted at the Bauman’s Butcher Block in Ottawa, Kansas.
Our beef burgers are made with dry-aged, grassfed and grass-finished Kansas beef.
Our pork burgers are made with 100% Kansas-raised pastured-pork. Our mixed-heritage breed hogs forage and are supplemented with non-gmo feed.
Our chicken burgers are made with our own pasture-raised chickens–fed only our own special grain that’s non-gmo & non-medicated.
Each fantastic burger recipe is only available through the Bauman’s Mobile Meat Market or at the Bauman’s Butcher Block!
